Nimbu ka ras, shahad, adrak diabetes ke liye asadar

Savere khaali pet par yeh diabetes ka gharelu nuskha prayog kare. Garam paani mein nimbu ka ras, shahad aur adrak ka juice mila ke pi le. Vajan bhi niyantran mein rahega aur blood sugar level control hoga.

Methi ke daane aur methi ki hari sabji dono hi diabetes mein faydemand hai aur diabetes ke gharelu ilaj mein top par hai. Savere aap methi ke daane ka powder ek chamach khaa le. Aur bhi achcha hoga agar daane ko raat ko bhigo de aur savere inhe chaba ke khaa le.

Aam ke patte karenge fayda diabetes mai

Fresh aam ke patte ka upyog diabetes ke gharelu ilaj mein faydemand hai. Raat ko patte ke paani mein bhigo de aur savere is paani ko pi jaiiye. Fresh patte na milne par aap aam ke patte ka choorna ka upyog kare.

Amla diabetes ke liye uttam
